More than a decade ago, co-founders Dr. Andrew Weil and André Fasciola began developing relationships with our farming partners. We choose to import only those products that met our standards for color, aroma, and flavor. In 2007, we traveled to Japan and experienced traditional matcha, falling in love with it.
